Ms. Pantell serves Major League Baseball as Senior Manager of Facility Operations for the Security & Facility Management Department. Linda joined Baseball in 1990. Her responsibilities include the role of lead consultant to the 30 Major League Clubs’ Stadium Operations Directors specific to facility operations, security, crowd control, customer service and alcohol management.

  • Provides managerial and logistical planning for annual departmental meetings for the Rookie Career Development Program, Resident Security Agents Seminar and Stadium Operations Directors.
  • Serves as the department’s primary liaison in the area of security and facility operations for the All-Star Game, postseason events and World Series.
  • Serves as Training Committee Chairperson of the TEAM Coalition (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management)
Prior to her work with Baseball she worked at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum & Sports Arena from 1973-1987, where she coordinated and managed the facility operations during the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games and in 1987 the Los Angeles Papal Visit. In 1987 she was named Stadium Operations Director at Anaheim Stadium were she served until hired by Major League Baseball.
