Ms. Tobin has been with Beer Institute since March 2003. Ms. Tobin serves as the Beer Institute’s liaison with regulatory agencies, trade organizations, advocacy groups, and industry-government forums.

Prior to joining the Beer Institute, she was an External Affairs Representative and Regulatory Analyst for XO Communications, Inc., a telecommunications company, for five years. In that capacity, she served as a company representative before Congress and the Administration.

Previously, she served in the Federal Government Affairs division of AT&T. Prior to her years in the telecommunications industry, Ms. Tobin worked in politics and on Capitol Hill. She was a Budget Director for the Dole/Kemp 1996 Presidential campaign and Legislative Assistant to former Wisconsin Representative Toby Roth.

Ms. Tobin currently sits on the board of the Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management Coalition and the Washington Regional Alcohol Program.
