  Sports Marketing Planners for Traffic Safety back
 
 
In conjunction with the U.S. Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, TEAM has developed cause marketing collateral for sports teams, state highway safety organizations, and local law enforcement agencies to encourage fans to buckle up and prevent impaired driving while they support their favorite sports and teams.

The campaign promoting traffic safety, responsible alcohol consumption and positive fan behavior is called Responsibility Has Its Rewards. It is a prevention campaign that NHTSA supports and encourages states to utilize throughout the year outside the enforcement mobilizations for 'Click It or Ticket' (Memorial Day) and 'Drunk Driving: Over The Limit - Under Arrest' (Labor Day and December).

The Responsiblity Has Its Rewards campaign is not designed to replace or compete with existing enforcement messages. The campaign is designed to promote responsible fan behavior at sports stadiums, arenas, and racetracks as well as on the roadways.
