NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. How to Enter. To enter, attend any Major League Baseball® game in the United States or Canada during the 2005 regular season, register as a designated driver at the designated driver booth at the Major League Baseball® stadium by completing and submitting a form with your name, e-mail address, mailing address and work or home phone number. Entrants at Jacobs Field in Cleveland, OH, Miller Park in Milwaukee, WI, Coors Field in Denver, CO, US Cellular Field in Chicago, IL and Bank One Ballpark in Phoenix, AZ must register online at www.teamcoalition.org to be entered. To enter without attending a Major League Baseball® game, send a postcard (no envelopes please) with your name, e-mail address, mailing address, work or home phone number, the name of your favorite Major League Baseball® Club and a statement of no more than 100 words on why you believe it is important to be a designated driver at a sporting event to TEAM Coalition (“Sponsor”), 1101 Wilson Blvd. Suite 1700, Arlington, VA 22209. All entries submitted at a Major League Baseball® stadium must be received by the end of the last 2005 regular season game at the respective stadium. All online entries must be submitted by Monday, October 3, 2005. All mailed entries must be postmarked by Monday, October 3, 2005 and received by Friday, October 7, 2005.

You may enter as many times as you like, however, mailed entries are limited to one (1) entry per postcard and each mailed entry will be counted as one entry. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Delivery of prize may require a street address (no P.O. Boxes). Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due or misdirected entries, all of which will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for the failure of any Major League Baseball® stadium to retain any entries or for any human error in connection with the retention of entries. No facsimiles, mechanical reproductions alterations or forged entries. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible and incomplete entry forms will be disqualified.

2. Start/End Dates. The two (2) drawn Finalists (of the thirty (30) Finalists) each representing a Major League Baseball® Club (one from the National League and one from the American League) playing in the 2005 World Series® will receive a World Series® prize as detailed below. One (1) additional Finalist will be drawn from the remaining 28 Finalists to win the All-Star Game® prize. The odds of a Finalist winning a World Series® prize are 1:15, and the odds of a Finalist winning the All-Star Game® prize are 1:28.
