In 2004, the St. Louis Cardinals and TEAM repeated an effort that was launched at the beginning of the 2003 season to communicate with fans. Over 100,000 information cards were printed and will be distributed to season ticket holders and fans who attend the first several home stands at Busch Stadium this season. The information card displays the Ground Rules for fans, explains new traffic patterns resulting from construction of a new ballpark, and reminds fans to think ahead and use designated drivers when attending Cardinals home games.
