The TEAM Coalition, Dover International Speedway, AAA, and the Delaware Office of Highway Safety
are supporting the 2007 Click It Or Ticket enforcement mobilization with a special incentive.
Throughout the month of May, motorists age 16 or older in Delaware who are "caught" wearing their safety
belts have a chance to win tickets to the Dover 400 at Dover International Speedway on
June 3, 2007.
5 pairs of tickets have been donated to this campaign, and 5 lucky motorists age 16 and older were
rewarded for their responsible behavior with an experience of a lifetime - attending
the Dover 400 at Dover International Speedway.
While law enforcement across the state is
out in force issuing tickets to un-belted drivers, those who demonstrate responsibility
will be rewarded with a chance to win tickets to the race.
And at the June races at Dover, fans who make the Responsibility Has Its Rewards pledge
to always buckle up - every trip - every time, always have a designated driver, and
never drive drunk will receive a souvenir photo as well as the chance to film their
own responsibility message. All messages will be posted online and a commercial will
be produced from the messages filmed.
From all the fans that participate in this effort in June, 5 winners will each be
rewarded with a pair of tickets to the race at Dover in September.
