The
Responsibility Has Its Rewards
campaign promotes positive fan behavior, responsible alcohol consumption,
and the designated driver program at sports and entertainment facilities. Partners in the campaign include NHTSA -
the U.S. Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration,
state offices of highway safety, professional and collegiate sports, entertainment facilities, concessionaires,
stadium service providers, the beer industry, and broadcasters.
For the 2007 men's college basketball tournament, Miller Brewing Company created the TEAM Up
program for corporate employees
to show their school spirit and their commitment to drunk driving prevention.
Any Miller employee who made a small contribution to TEAM Coalition wore
the colors of their favorite college basketball team throughout the tournament.
Each employee who participanted in the TEAM Up program was eligible to win
prizes.
Miller Brewing Company employees raised over $3,000 in support of TEAM and our programs.
The TEAM Up program reminds Miller corporate employees that
Responsibility really does have its Rewards.
