Gerald Barajas
Gerald Barajas is a Human Resources Manager for Aramark at Coors Field. Gerald has been certified as a TEAM trainer since 2001 and has trained over 2,000 employees in the TEAM program. Gerald became a TEAM Master Trainer in December 2005.

Katie Bishop
Katie is the Human Resources Manager for Sportservice at Miller Park in Milwaukee, and has been a TEAM trainer since April of 2004. Katie is responsible for training all employees and volunteers with Sportservice and has trained over 1,000 people to date. Katie became a Master Trainer in November of 2006.

Jessica Brown
Jessica is a trainer for Sportservice at Miller Park in Milwaukee, and has been a TEAM trainer since January of 2006. Jessica has trained nearly 700 people to date. Jessica became a Master Trainer in November of 2006.

Ryan Cellucci
Ryan Cellucci is a manager at Gillette Stadium with the New England Patriots. Ryan has been certified as a TEAM trainer since 2003 and has trained more than 1,000 operations and concessions employees in the TEAM program. Ryan become a TEAM Master Trainer in February 2006.

Marie Eslick
Marie is the Human Resources Manager for Sportservice/Well Bread Restaurant Services Group at Cleveland Browns Stadium, and has been a TEAM trainer since March of 2001. Marie is an essential member of the team that is responsible for training all employees and volunteers with Sportservice. Marie became a Master Trainer at the workshop at Jacobs Field in July 2004.

Andy Konkle
Andy is the Director of Operations for Levy Restaurants for the Ravinia Music Festival in Highland Park, Il. Andy has been a TEAM trainer since January of 2008 and is one of TEAM's newest Master Trainers.

Randy Mayne
Randy Mayne is the Director of Event Services for the E Center in West Valley City, Utah whose primary tenant is the Utah Grizzlies of the American Hockey League. Randy is responsible for all “front of house” staff for all events including concerts, sporting events, corporate functions, and even some of the 2002 Winter Olympic events. Randy joined the cadre of TEAM trainers after the December 2002 Instructor Development Program workshop in Los Angeles at Dodger Stadium.

Aaron Schmitt
Aaron Schmitt is the Manager of Event Services for the Buffalo Bills at Ralph Wilson Stadium. Aaron has been certified as a TEAM trainer since 2006. He was also instrumental in increasing fan awareness of the Bills designated driver program during the 2006 season. The Bills hosted a "Responsibility Has Its Awards" event for fans during training camp. Fans filmed their own responsibility messages and a Public Service Message was produced as a result of the event. Click here to see the PSA. Aaron became a TEAM Master Trainer in April 2007.

Bill Squires
Bill Squires is a consultant to the New York Giants and New York Jets at Giants Stadium at the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Giants Stadium is one of the most active stadiums in the country, housing four professional franchises. It is the only facility that has two National Football League franchises, in addition to Major League Soccer's Metro Stars. Bill attended one of the first training sessions while working for the New York Yankees in May 1987. Bill has been a Master Cadre Trainer since January 2000.

Julie Taylor
Julie Taylor is the Director of Guest Service/Diamond Suites for the Chicago White Sox. Julie has played an active role in the development of the training curriculum, and has been a member of the national cadre of instructors since November 1998. Julie trains over 1,500 employees at U.S. Cellular Field annually.

Mike Tueros
Mike is the Regional Manager of Operations for Levy Restaurants at Chase Field in Phoenix, AZ. Mike has been a TEAM trainer since January of 2007 and is one of TEAM newest Master Trainer.

Anne Wheat
Anne Wheat is the Manager of Guest Services and Diamond Suite Operations for the Chicago White Sox and has been a TEAM trainer since January of 2000. In addition to training over 1,500 seasonal staff members annually, Anne has been working in guest services in various organizations, including professional theater and retail stores, for more than 10 years. In her sixth season working at U.S. Cellular Field, Anne addresses guest concerns, trains all seasonal staff, oversees the operations of more than 100 suites, and assists in communications with the caterer and concessionaire in the facility. Anne became a TEAM Master Trainer at the May 2005 workshop in Colorado.
