Gerald Barajas
Gerald Barajas is a Human Resources Manager for ARAMARK at Coors Field. Gerald has
been certified as a TEAM trainer since 2001 and has trained over 7,500
employees in the TEAM program. Gerald became a TEAM Master Trainer in December of 2005.
Jennifer Bingham-May
Jennifer Bingham-May, PHR is a Human Resources Manager for ARAMARK at Target Center and the
Mall of America Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jennifer has been certified as a TEAM trainer
since 2007 and has trained over 1,100 employees in the TEAM program. Jennifer became a TEAM Master Trainer in December of 2009.
Katie Bishop
Katie is the Human Resources Manager for Delaware North Sportservice
at Miller Park in Milwaukee, and has been a
TEAM trainer since April of 2004. Katie is responsible for training all employees and volunteers with
Sportservice and has trained over 1,500 people to date. Katie became a Master Trainer
in November of 2006.
Jessica Brown
Jessica Brown is a trainer and assistant to the Human Resources Department for Delaware North Sportservice
at Miller Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has been a TEAM trainer since January of 2006 and a TEAM Master
Trainer since November of 2006. Jessica has trained over 1,200 associates and non-profit group members with Sportservice.
Ryan Cellucci
Ryan Cellucci is the Luxury Suites Premium Service Director for Centerplate at Sun Life Stadium.
Ryan has been certified as a TEAM trainer since 2003 and has trained more than 1,700 operations and concessions employees
in the TEAM program. Ryan became a TEAM Master Trainer in February of 2006.
Dane Dodd
Dane is the Corporate National Trainer for Contemporary Services Corporation.
In this capacity, he prepares, delivers, and evaluates training for more than 40 branch offices and several independent clients
around the nation. He continues to work with the NFL, MLB, PGA Tour, NBA, MLS, NCAA, USTA, WTA, IAAM, and the
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Infrastructure Protection, among others.
Dane became a TEAM Trainer in May of 2006, and has been a Master Trainer since May of 2009.
Marie Eslick
Marie is the Human Resources Manager for Delaware North Sportservice at Cleveland Browns Stadium, and has been a
TEAM trainer since March of 2001. Marie is an essential member of the team
that is responsible for training all employees and volunteers with
Sportservice and has certified over 3,400 people. Marie became a Master Trainer in July of 2004.
Leonard Faulknor
Leonard is the Premium Food & Beverage Manager for ARAMARK at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum.
He became a TEAM Trainer in 2004 and has trained over 400 concessions and premium services employees
as well as many NPO groups. Leonard became a Master Trainer in March of 2009.
Susan Herold
Susan Herold is a manager for Delaware North Sportservice at Miller Park in Milwaukee. She has trained more than 800 of her staff in
TEAM's alcohol management program since she became a TEAM trainer in November of 2006. Susan became a Master Trainer in July of 2008.
Andy Konkle
Andy is the Director of Operations for Levy Restaurants for the Cleveland Browns Stadium.
Andy has been a TEAM trainer since January of 2008 and a Master Trainer since May of 2008. Andy has certified 100 people.
Randy Mayne
Randy Mayne is the Assistant General Manager for Centennial Management at the Maverik Center in West Valley City, Utah whose primary
tenant is the Utah Grizzlies of the American Hockey League. Randy is
responsible for all "front of house" staff for all events including
concerts, sporting events, corporate functions, and even some of the 2002
Winter Olympic events. Randy became a trainer in 2002 and a Master Trainer in 2003. Randy has certified 600 people.
Aaron Schmitt
Aaron Schmitt is the Senior Guest Services Manager for the New Meadowlands Stadium.
Aaron has been certified as a TEAM trainer since 2006. Aaron has certified 2,900 event staff and continually promotes
responsible alcohol management practices during events. At the New Meadowlands Stadium, Aaron addresses guest concerns,
trains all event staff, and assists in overseeing the operation of the Guest Service Department.
Prior to being at the New Meadowlands Stadium, Aaron was with the Manager of Event Services for the Buffalo Bills.
Aaron became a TEAM Master Trainer in April of 2007.
Bill Squires
Bill Squires is a consultant to the New York Football Giants, New York Jets and the New Meadowlands Stadium Company.
The New Meadowlands Stadium will be one of the most active stadiums in the country and will host NFL games,
college football games, international soccer matches, concerts and other events. It is the only facility in the
National Football League that hosts two NFL teams. Bill attended one of the first training sessions while working
for the New York Yankees in May, 1987. Bill has been a TEAM Master Trainer since January of 2000 and has trained over 1,000 trainers.
Julie Taylor
Julie Taylor is the Director of Guest Services and Diamond Suites for the Chicago
White Sox. Julie has played an active role in the development of the training
curriculum, and has been a TEAM Master Trainer since
November of 1998. Julie trains over 3,600 employees at U.S. Cellular Field annually.
Rémy Taylor
Rémy Taylor is a Human Resources Manager for ARAMARK at Turner Field in Atlanta, GA.
She has trained more than 1,100 of her staff in TEAM's alcohol management program since she became a TEAM trainer in 2006.
Rémy became a TEAM Master Trainer in 2009.
Anne Wheat
Anne Wheat is the Director of Guest Services for the New Meadowlands Stadium, home of the New York Giants
and New York Jets, and has been a TEAM trainer since January 2000. In her prior position, she was the Manager of Guest Services
and Diamond Suite Operations for the Chicago White Sox. In addition to training over 4,000 seasonal staff members each year,
Anne has worked in guest services in various organizations, including professional theater and retail stores, for more than ten years.
At the New Meadowlands Stadium, Anne addresses guest concerns, trains all seasonal staff and is responsible for a guest services
staff more than 500 people strong. Anne became a TEAM Master Trainer in May of 2005.
